Once relevant candidates have been short listed, the following procedure is completed:
Candidates are interviewed and matched specifically to the clients requirements.
- Information relating to technical ability, qualifications, work experience and type of projects completed, will be outlined in a detailed resume.
- Resumes will be faxed / emailed immediately to the client and interviews arranged for suitable candidates.
- Relevant Degree / Diploma certificates and reference letters are available on request
- Reference checking
- Salary package negotiation
